Made-in-USA Craftsman tilting machinist vice. It is well-used with some minor drill marks on it. But has a nice fresh coat of paint and is in perfect working condition. As can be seen in one of the photos the handle has a very slight bend to it, but of course this doesn't affect its use at all. The CRAFTSMAN sticker is no longer present(it was tattered. PALMGREN 325 Low Profile Machine Vise, 3.5 inch machinists old style
This old steel Palmgren vise has been sitting around for a long time without being used. It has accumulated a lot of surface rust and is frozen shut. I have not tried to loosen anything up. It is the way it has been for years. It is the 3 1/2 inch low profile machine vice made by Palmgren. I am sure that with the right solvent and a lot of elbow grease it will be in great shape. It stands only 2 inches high and is about 11 3/4 inches long to the end of the handle. In spite of the small size, it weighs 9 pounds before packing. Buyer pays shipping based on destination.

The head is able to be rotated 360° with two different sized set of jaws. This vise opens to a maximum of 1 ¼" The smaller set of jaws measures 1 ½" wide. While the larger one measures 2 ½" wide. This vise is in good working condition. The suction cup works best with a small amount of Vaseline or grease. Shipping fees are determined by winning bidder's zip. Insurance is now basically required by ebay. And the charge is included in the shipping quote. The jaws measure 4.5" wide and open up to 5" Please note this is a bit of an unusual design in that when the handle is turned it tightens up the jaws like a normal vise, but when you loosen the handle it doesn't pull the vise jaw back.it just loosens it up and then you slide it back. Wilton Machinists 4 inch Vise 400S 101157 10016
Wilton 4 inch machinists bullet vise. This is an older model of the new 400S. Model number on this is 101157 I believe. The specs of the vise are identical to the new 400S. I bought this at a yard sale with the intention of installing in on my bench. That never happened so now its up for sale to pay for other things. I do not believe this was ever used. The jaws and base show no signs of wear or bolting to a bench. It does have some very minor surface rust from sitting in the previous owners garage. I wiped it down with WD-40 when I got it to keep from spreading. Over all a great vise in perfect working condition at a great price! This item sells for over $700 new!
