I tested the output voltage with a meter and the scale is pretty much dead on. The on/ off switch works. You are looking at their model 3 PN 117 B. Plate reads 0-120 volts out with a primary voltage in of 120V. 12 AMPS, single phase. For a constant impedance load of max 15 AMPS. 1.8 KVA. It does what it is supposed to do. I put a small piece of painters tape around the fuse because it wiggled a bit. The wiggle had no affect on current flow.
