This is a Staco E3000 Variable AC/DC Power Supply. It has two standard grounded outlets. One is 120 volt AC and the other is 0-120 volt AC with 1.5 amp maximum output. There are two sets of banana plugs on the bottom. The yellow is for 0-14 volts AC with a 3 amp max. The black and red banana plugs are for 0-14 volts DC with 2.5 amp maximum output. This unit has two circuit breakers. One for high and one for low voltage. Only one set of variable outputs can be used at one time. The dial changes the value on all outputs at the same time. This unit has a power light and an on/off switch which is switched by a small key. The key is included. I have tested the unit on all outputs and can see no issues. Staco Variable Autotransformer 15 amp 3PN1510
This Staco has been tested and is fully functional. Input is 120V. Output is 0-120V or 0-140V at 15 amps. There is some cosmetic wear and a couple dings. But functionality is fine. I've included a few pictures with my voltmeter hooked up showing that voltage readings are as expected at a variety of different settings for both the 120V setting and the 140V setting.
