Powerstat 116 Variable Auto Transformer 0-140 Volts Up for auction is a used Powerstat 116B variable auto-transformer. This item is in fair condition with some cosmetic wear including rust and paint chippings. The power cord has a few cuts or frayed areas but does not effect the functionality. See photos below for more details. We plugged in the item and tested it using a volt meter. As we turned the dial the volt meter read a low voltage. Once we reached 40 on the item item the volt meter started reading the correct voltage. We also tested the AC plug with another item and it worked properly.
