We fully tested these and there are no dead spots in any of the 3 units. They all measured between 120.2-120.6 VAC at full throttle. Definitely a lot more than most of them As you can tell by the pictures it is in working condition and physically it is also in great condition. As you can also tell by the pictures at 20 volts on the indicator it is accurate. When you crank it up to 115 volts it actually is producing a little over 122 volts. The indicator is adjustable and I don't know if there is some internal adjustment they can be made to correct this. I do not find is a problem at all.
