Superb Leica DMIL Inverted Microscope with Video Camera
This is a superb Leica DMIL inverted microscope. It's in excellent condition apart from a few small marks as shown in the photographs. Optically and mechanically. I can't find anything wrong with it. The high eyepoint eyepieces are Leica 527002 and 527003, which can be focussed, 10x/ 20. Their tubes can be moved together or apart to suit the viewer's intra ocular distance. The rare trinocular head carries a Sony video camera, but, as I don't have the power supply for this, it's untested. There is only one objective, a Leica x5 and there is room for 3 more on the turret. Below the head is a spacer with provision for a filter or analyser. The focussing is as it should be and the light source, which can be moved up and down its column is a 6 Volt, 35 Watt, running from a 100 to 240 Volts mains supply. The light source is ... morecontrolled by a switch at the rear right hand side and a rheostat at the front of the right hand side. There is a condenser marked 0.36, S55, number 521 230.
