Bausch & Lomb Stereo Microscope w 2 Objectives & 10X WF Eyepieces in Wood Case
Up for sale is my Bausch& Lomb Stereo Microscope. With 2 Objectives on a turret mount and binocular style 10X WF Eyepieces in the original Wood Case. I tested it out by focussing on my fingertip. Using the lower magnification objective. Once I had the skin in focus, I rotated the higher mag objective into play and was treated to an extreme close-up. You'll be pleased to hear that I didn't observe any cause for concern- though I'm not a Dermatologist, of course. Functionally. It appears to work fine- the eyepieces rotate as they should, the head moves up and down and I was easily able to focus. The only fly in the ointment is that I couldn't get that single knob on the main column(a locking knob? to rotate. Perhaps some WD40 might help? Cosmetically. It's pretty clean- the photos make it look worse than it is, though ... morea good clean and a polish never hurts. One of the eyepieces has a small ding to the outer tube, but it doesn't impinge upon the inner tube and is just cosmetic. The wooden case is original. But a little the worse for wear, as the pictures show. The lock has been broken and would need to be replaces and there's a small piece of wood missing on the bottom front lip, cracks etc. This model B&L is very hard to find- while the 3 objective sliding and single objective models are common. The 2 objective turret version is very rarely seen. Don't miss out!

For sale is a used American Optical AO MicroStar 110 One-ten Trinocular Microscope. I just installed a brand NEW bulb. It is tested and works great. It comes with two 10x AO oculars for the main viewing and a Zeiss 10x objective for the trinocular. The trinocular can be removed for a camera. A 4x and 10x AO Plan Achro objective are included. I have some other objectives commonly used with those scope available seperately that I could bundle. All movements on the unit appear to function as they should. There are two ocular lenses that seem to be fine(no visible scratches or flaws) and two objective lenses that also don’t seem to have any visible defects. This item has been sitting for a while so it will probably need a good cleaning. The aperture control on the condenser is a bit sticky and there is some green tarnishing from oxidization of the brass. There is no lamp. The coarse and fine adjustment do not operate independently of eachother so it will need to be serviced/ lubricated. Because of the problems listed above we are listing this item FOR PARTS/ REPAIR.
