It has an Aluminum stick on tag with that info with their inventory number 025054. It has Biol. Dept. NMSC painted on the base and the same lightly engraved with an electric pen on the outside of the right leg. Both eye pieces are marked 15. The three settings are 0.7x 1.4x and 2.0x.It is stamped on the right hand top BAUSH& LOMB OPTICAL CO.ROCHESTER N.Y. U.S.A. 220544. On the setting dial at the top it says PAT. 3 29 1927 and around the dial the three settings. In the middle of the dial it says BAUSH& LOMB OPTICAL CO. U.S.A. ROCHESTER N.Y. I have never taken anything apart or removed anything and I believe it is 100% complete. The glass plate on the base has a bullseye on the right front corner. Zoom magnification from 0.7x- 3X. Viewing is clear from hazing and scratches but eye pieces could use cleaning. The zoom feature works fine. BAUSCH & LOMB Binocular Microscope - Vintage 1.3, .66, 3 (3 lenses)
I am not an expert in microscopes. I will describe this the best I can. It is a binocular scope as it has 2 eyepieces. There seems to be 3 lenses. But they are different to me as they are rectangular and slide. They are a 1.3, 66 and 3. The knobs do adjust the height of the binoculars however if you look at the pics one of them is bent. It does not affect the performance though. The glass shelf and mirror underneath are intact. I can look through and see stuff so they still work. Bausch & Lomb Binocular Zoom Microscope 0.7x-3x w/Light NICE!!
Here is a used Bausch& Lomb binocular microscope with 0.7x-3x Zoop head. Has 2 original and clean 10x W.F. eye pieces. Zoom feature works very well and so does the focus. Has brand new glass stage plate and has trans illumination base. Base has the tilting mirror with brilliant white on the other side. The white is discolored and has a spot. Light works great and has 3 intensity settings. Light can be projected from bottom or direct from above. The microscope shows used and it's age with a few bumps and scrapes but not that bad and still functions very well. Comes with dust cover. I will charge extra to ship this to a PO box.
