This nice Bausch& Lomb Stereo Zoom 7 microscope system comes with a Techniquip FOI_150 fiber optic illuminator. A Dolan Jenner bifurcated light guide and. All mounted on a B&L specialty"KT" focus holder stand, both in good used condition. Swift London objectives x10. Dual lit having both under and over plate lighting. Mains 240v power supply(plug etc not shown in photos) It is in very good clean condition. It has a plaque on the front recording its donation to the printing& kindred trades federation in memory of George Lovesee their secretary from 1947 to his death in 1962. It's a high quality trinocular microscope with an extended working distance of 158 mm that is in good condition and it works essentially as intended. With good clean aligned optics. There are of course cosmetic signs of wear on the scope. The focus and zoom magnification controls are super smooth and accurate. The trinocular port and lever serve as intended and this port is currently fitted with a 10X eyepiece, this eyepiece is in place just to keep the opening free of dust. You could also add video or a camera through this port if you desire to do so. The scope comes with a set of Unitron 10X high quality eyepieces coupled with the ZST zoom range of 0.7X- 4.5X. This auction is for a nice used Microscope. It was a student microscope which I believe is called a teacher microscope since it has 2 eyepiece tubes. The tubes have a 10x magnification and the objective lenses are a 4. 10, and 40. I'm not an expert on these at all so I'm trying to explain them the best I can. I tested the microscope and it seems to work well. I can get objects to view in all lens and can bring them into focus. The light works. This is a heavy metal scope. It measures 16" tall and 7" deep.
