The eyepieces are in exceptionally fine condition. This instrument is equipped with three objective lenses: 0.7X. 2X, and 6X. When in use with the 18X eyepieces, the total magnifications provided by this microscope are 12.6X, 36X, and 108X. There is a small chip in the glass stage which does not affect functionality; see photos. Up for auction is an American Optical AO Spencer Series 25 Stereo Microscope Base. The unit is in decent physical condition with some normal signs of wear including light scratches and dings. There is a small chip on the far outer part of the left ocular(the dark area on the right-inside of the ocular. Fourth photo) it seems like it wouldn't affect the performance and might not even be visible once eyepieces are installed. The glass base is gone and the elbow on the bottom is loose.
