This item is a Nikon Binocular Illuminated Microscope with 6V/15W lamp and transformer. The microscope is in good physical condition wih a few minor scuffs and scratches on the table. The light transformer has a few cosmetic stains on top. Otherwise it is in good working order. The light transformer has an adjustable voltage regulator to the lamp. The slide table is also adjustable in the forward/backward left/right direction for easy viewing of the specimen. Condenser lens is rated at 1.3. Bausch and Lomb Microscope Light (Cat. No. 31-35-47)
This is an official Bausch and Lomb microscope light. The build quality is excellent. I will note that there are some cosmetic markings on both the transformer and the light itself. The light is designed to fit into a B&L StereoZoom7 stand(I believe it fits other StereoZoom models as well. But I cannot confirm) The transformer and light are very solid. And there is no fraying or kinking of the cables. A good buy for someone who needs a replacement light.

BAUSCH & LOMB STEREO ZOOM 7 MICROSCOPE & American Optical model 365 light source
This was my college microscope last used approximately 21 years ago. It has been in storage in my attic since then. The Microscope works but could use a good cleaning. The American Optical light source still works as well as can be seen in the pictures. There is no mount for the light on the transformer base- the light source fits directly onto the microscope. I'm also including the accessories that you see in the pictures: the Sepor sorter and approximately 100 aluminum slide trays. If you are curious. I used this microscope to pick benthic foraminifera out of core samples which I then transferred to slides. This sale is as is.
