You are bidding on a Meiji Techno“EMZ” gemologists microscope with.7x– 4.5x and two pairs of eye pieces(SWF 10x and SWF 15x) The microscope is in great condition with a couple of nicks to the base but no important damage or condition issues(as pictured. If you need more pictures/scans I will be happy to email them to you) The paint on the heat shield for the bottom light has some crackling/loss but that is only cosmetic. I had this microscope cleaned and inspected by Sheerin Scientific in Overland Park, Kansas and it is in perfect working order. The stereo zoom magnification adjusts from.7x- 4.5x and with the 10x eye pieces would be 7x– 45x. It also comes with 15x eye pieces for 10.5x– 67.5x magnification. This GIA Diamond Grader Microscope is from the estate sale of a local jeweler who retired. It is in very nice condition. Looks and works great. The microscope has the attached adjustable front light and also the underneath light and both work perfectly with individual switches on and off. It is mounted on a very smooth swivel base to rotate around 360 degrees and power cord is in nice condition. Stone/jewel holder tweezers can be moved to either side depending on if you are right or left handed. Also includes original dust cover. Lens is 1X- 3X and eye pieces are 10X-155MM. In very good condition, optics work good but the two eyepeices do not focus together due to a broken gear as seen in photos. Gear is inexpensive but hard to find. If you look thru one eyepiece at a time you can focus. Both the flourescent and incandesant lights work good. Iris at the base works good. Aboutr 18 inches tall.

I inherited this instrument from my Uncle and know little of it other than visual inspection. I plugged it in and the lights turned on and it made a noise as if to be ready to use. The lens' all appear to be in great condition and there are no blemishes or problems with any of the accessories included. Although there do appear to be slots or holders for items that are not included. Please refer to photos. The silver hard case has a combination lock that I do not have the combination for and there is one clasp missing from the closure so the case does not completely close. The item weighs apprx 25 lbs so I will do my best to ship the item in the most cost efficient way. I do not intend to make money from shipping therefore the shipping amount is an estimate only.
