Calibrated zoom range of 7X to 30X, infinitely variable, with the included BRAND NEW high-wide-field HWF10X/18 eyepieces; a new pair of removable rubber eyeshields is also included. The interocular distance is adjustable, and there is a separate diopter adjustment. The gears in the E-arm are in fine shape. This instrument has been dismantled. Cleaned and lubricated, all optics cleaned and aligned, and repainted. It is in fine working condition and produces excellent images at all magnifications, and the boom arm can be adjusted to provide any extension or position desired. PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BIDDING. What you are bidding on is a USED Baush& Lomb StereoZoom 4 microscope head. What you see is what you get. There is NO boom stand and NO fluorescent ringlight illuminator. There are signs of wear on the scope(see pictures) I have made NO ATTEMPT to clean anything as this is/was a fairly expensive piece of equipment. It does appear to work when I look through the lenses. I would say the optics are clear but need cleaning. The scope comes with B&L 10X WF quality eyepieces and a 0.5X lens plus removable eyeshields is also included. This microscope has NOT been cleaned and it is not cosmetically perfect. It has scratches, chips, etc. Please review the images. It would be great for anyone looking for a high quality stereo zoom microscope including; scientists.
