You are bidding for a Carl Zeiss Planapochromat 10x. 0.32na, Objective, as described. The problem with this objective is that it does have a chip on the edge of the glass. On the front element, and this can be seen in photograph 2 and indicated by the yellow arrow. Also some wear and brassing to the metalwork surrounding the front element. When used with Carl Zeiss Photomicroscopes and Universals and fitted with the standard 1.25x Nosepiece. This damage to the front element is not visible. When used with Carl Zeiss Standard Microscopes fitted with the usual fixed or removable Nosepiece. It is visible in a small area towards the edge of the image. However. The rest of the objective is in nice cosmetic condition and the optics are clear. Clean and unmarked. Showing no apparent signs of delamination. Here is a used Bausch& Lomb Stereo Zoom microscope. It comes with(2) Bausch&Lomb 10x w.f. stereo eyepieces. They are free of scratches and chips. It also comes with a Bausch&Lomb.5x auxiliary lens. It is also clean without scratches. There are a few marks around the perimeter of the inside of the lens(see pics) It also comes with an Olympus base and stand. the knobs on the stand move freely and easily. Vintage Esten microscope. I think it is from the 1980's. Seems to be a hard model to find item. Model No. 20324 made in Japan. WF10x top periscope monocular. Has 3 objectives 4/0.10 and 10/0.25 and 40/0.65. I do not know much about microscopes but I could see thru the 4/0.10 and 10/0.25 objectives and they work. I probally do not know how to use the high magnification 40/0.65 since I could see thru it but not actually ID anything. The pair of adjuster knobs are work good. The pair of focus knobs turn fine. Has pinhole dial shutter type light filter underside of table. Has one holddown clamp on table. Made of metal for the frame. Size is about 12 x 4 1/2 x 7 inches. With added 2 inches of lift on the head. This is a sturdy heavy built microscope, it weighs about 8 pounds Age and use wear as would be expected. Has 360 degree swiveling head. Has 3 objectives 4/0.10 and 10/0.25 and 40/0.65. I do not know much about microscopes but I could see thru the 4/0.10 and 10/0.25 objectives and they work. I probally do not know how to use the high magnification 40/0.65 since I could see thru it but not actually ID anything. The pair of adjuster knobs are stiff but will move, but the table is not moving up and down. I have 3 of these SPI 1868's and can't get the table to slide on any of them, maybe I do not know how to do it. The pair of focus knobs turn fine. Up for sale is a used Bausch& Lomb Stereozoom 4 stereo microscope 0.7x-3.0x w/ 2-10x eyepieces. Top portion only as shown in pictures) There are scuffs and scratches from use. One of the 10x eyepices is a bit uneven at the threaded end. The bottom lenses appear to have about 1/16 of an inch of a watermark or something clouding the lens. May need to be taken out for cleaning the back side. Please view the photo's for the condition. This item has been sitting for a while so it will probably need a good cleaning. The aperture control on the condenser is a bit sticky and there is some green tarnishing from oxidization of the brass. There is no lamp. The coarse and fine adjustment do not operate independently of eachother so it will need to be serviced/ lubricated. Because of the problems listed above we are listing this item FOR PARTS/ REPAIR. The stage is a German x-y mechanical stage of the same style as used on the Leitz microscopes. Leica GZ4 w/ 0.5x Barlow Lens This Leica GZ4 microscope is a high quality stereo zoom microscope. The scope is in good used condition. No worries. It works essentially as intended, with good aligned optics. There are cosmetic signs of wear on the scope. The scope is clean but yellowed as most GZ4's from this period. I think they used a chemical additive in the plastic for flame retardation that tended to yellow over time with UV exposure. Just look at the images, and judge for yourself. All components function essentially as intended. This nice Leica GZ4 microscope has a zoom range of 0.7x- 3.0x and comes with a quality set of used 10X WF eyepieces giving 30X total magnification. There is a 0.5x barlow lens screwed into the bottom of this scope. This lens increases the working distance of the scope.
