NO delamination, scratches or chips on optical surfaces. 18mm field number. This is a very nice lens, that I have personally used for several years-if you need one, this is a good choice. There is one minor issue that doesn't affect the lens' performance-during re-assembly after cleaning, the helical focusing threads were started at a different point than original(if you've ever disassembled helical eyepieces, you'll know what I mean) This made the original white and red focusing reference dots off by approximately two marks-new dots were made in the correct locations.
