I know neither the microscope with which it is used nor the illuminator that fastens to the bar. There are no markings on the holder but I am very confident it is a Vickers item- or possibly their predecessor. Cooke, Troughton& Simms. Vickers retained many of the CTS designs. The'T' is 207.5mm in total length. And 130mm in width. The two sprung spheres for securing the microscope foot are 104.25mm apart and 9.5mm in diameter. The two solid spheres for locating the lamphousing are 67mm apart and also 9.5mm in diameter. Spacers beneath these two spheres lift them an additional 4.75mm above the surface of the bar.
