It appears to be in very good, vintage condition and was probably always carefully stored in it's box. The adjustment moves smoothly and is marked 10x in black and 15x in red. The markings on the fixed ring are 0, 05, 10, 15, 20, and.25. On the wood storage blocks are markings on a foil tag that appear to be military so I assume this may be a vintage decommisioned government piece. Enlarge all the pictures and take a close look.
