A Very Nice Instrument. This is a very good conditon. Clean and working American Optical Model 365 illuminator. It has a 3 stage light source(Lo Med Hi) on the power supply and an indicator light. All parts work fine including the main light bulb. It uses 110 VAC The arm is adjustable and moveable to aim the spot light just about anywhere. The chrome finish on the arm needs polishing. But other than that this AO illuminator is very clean with no other defects. Please read my 100% positive feedback remarks. If this item is not what I describe. Or not what you expected.
