Optem full spectrum ring light for microscope use. This is a halogen based light source. So it's got a much much better CRI(color rendering index) than any LED based light source. The colors are richer, sharper, and the detail is better(in my opinion, and I've been using these for a long time! In some cases with the LED lights you can't even distinguish one color from another, but the halogen bulbs in these lights have a smooth mixture of every visible bandwidth.
