Here is a Modulation Optics Inc. Hoffman modulation contrast HMC 40x LWD 0.4 N.A. 160/0-2 microscope objective lens. This came from an old Nikon Diaphot microscope. The lens exterior is very clean and is free from any significant wear. The glass looks clear and free from defects as far as I can tell. The coverslip adjustment collar turns freely. Although with an uneven feel. This rare lens appears to have good usability to my eye, but I am not an optics company and have no means to test this lens in detail. My usual two week return policy applies, so bid with security. As with all my items, the lens will be carefully packed for safe mailing.
