Set screw is excellent and not stripped. ... moreMany a Diaphot/TE 200/300 met a premature end by having the eyepiece tube get hit and in turn break the lugs in the socket. This one can get your scope back in use. I highly recommend having a nice 2mm hex wrench to swap this port. High torque hex screws retain this port to the base and they will strip if the wrench is not seated well.This will sort of work on a TE200/300 but your eyepiece focal point will be offset.Removed from a Diaphot 300 that I parted out. I have other parts for auction as well.
