There are definately some abvious ones(as seen in photos) The legs do have some noticeable dings/scratches, and the locking wheels for both the lens and legs show some signs use. Not they are scratched up or anything, but they do have some gunk in between the cracks. Nothing serious though. For how old this item is, ITS IN GREAT SHAPE!

Leitz Trinocular Head for Microscopes See pictures for condition. I got this 20 years ago and would guess it was 1980-1090 vintage. I don't know the model. The trinocular on top is for a camera. When pull one of the knobs on the side in splits the light between eyepieces and camera path. The mounting ring on the bottom is 1.95 inch diameter(a little over 49 mm) This was salvaged off of a very big and expensive custom semi-conductor instrument. I assume it is top quality. It was not used in a bio lab. It has been sitting on my shelf in a box for over 20 years. Unused. Ask questions. You surely know more than me about optics. I think you can mount this on some of the bases people are offering on ebay with an objective lens and have a TOP END microscope. Sorry. No international sales.

The head was stuck in a drawer, in the box, in protective packaging, with all tube caps in place, until last month when it was re-discovered. It has not been used since storage. All knobs and movements are free-flowing and without undue resistance. I have the original packing slip from the repair facility which I will include(sorry, not pictured) and states: Required adjustments have been attended to by manufacturer. The reflex mirror movement is smooth and works by the lever on the side. It is marked Leitz Wetzlar Made in Germany. It was used to make images but it also could be used to show or display images.
