Plan objectives are corrected to display a perfectly flat image of up to 28mm in diameter, while Apochromat objectives are the most highly color corrected objectives available. Magnification: 150x Numerical Aperture: 0.90 Infinity corrected Thread size 32mm For dark field illumination Leica catalog number: 567043 The large thread size accommodates the darkfield illumination annular optics. This objective will only work on the more recent Leitz(and Leica Microsystems) microscopes that have 32mm diameter thread positions on the nosepiece. These include the DMR series instruments.
