This microscope is an excellent example of this model, everything works smoothly and all optical components are in great shape. The trinocular version is excellent for photomicrographic work, and the mechanical stage makes specimen movement simple and accurate. This is the long working distance DIC/Phase Contrast condenser from the Nikon Diaphot Microscope. It has a numerical aperture of 0.52. The rotating turret contains phase contrast annuli for PH1 and PH2. DIC stops for 10x, 20x and 40x and a brightfieqld position.
