Olympus Microscope 12V 50W Halogen Illuminator
You are bidding on a 12V 50W halogen illuminator for an Olympus microscope from the 160 mm mechanical tube length series of microscopes. It mounts on the IMT2 inverted microscope. It mounts via a 50 mm diameter opening in the front of the housing. The socket is held in place by a set screw but it can be rotated for bulb centering purposes. There is also another centering device on the socket for moving the bulb laterally. This centering device functions fine. It is 80mm deep and 85 mm wide. It comes with a functioning 12V 50W halogen bulb. It connects via a circular connector which has 2 pins. It is Olympus part IMT2-LH50A. The photos show the actual item for sale.
