This is a vintage Dark Field Condenser made by Leitz Wetzlar in Germany. I date this item to early 1920’s but may be off +/ 10 years. The condenser is approx. 39 mm in diameter and fits cylinder sleeve condenser holder used in number of older Leitz Wetzlar microscopes from black enamel era including popular SM stands. I have had this item in my personal collection for many years and now it is time to make another fellow Leitz Collector happy! This is a very unique and rare condenser.
