Up for bid is a classic macro lens made by Bausch and Lomb for use on a microscope or bellows for macrophotography. This Tessar lens is similar in design and performance to the venerable Luminar by Zeiss. This 48mm f/4.5 lens features a RMS thread typical of microscope objectives. But also includes the rare adapter for RMS to 1.325" x 1/8" threads. The lens is in excellent optical condition and the iris is smooth with no apparent oil in the blades. Do not miss this rare lens.
