This was a special lens in the fact that 10x was not a"normal" reflected ... morelight magnification for Zeiss. 4.8,16,40& 80x& 100x oil gave the standard normal ASTM magnifications. This 10x has a unique catatog number on it 460467-9902 with a much older Epiplan series serial number as well. There used to be Epi 10x but not Epiplan 10x like this one with a flat field edge to edge. Other than that it is a standard 33mm lens being parfocal with the HD series of Epiplan lenses. It has the 24mm mounting threads and comes with the easily removable epi change ring for using on a single place vertical illuminator. Optically clean and clear with no blemishes or decementing.
