Racal-Dana 1.3GHz Universal Counter This is a super-accurate counter in very good working and cosmetic condition. This counter has the coveted 04E(ultra-high stability) oven-oscillator timebase. I calibrated it within the last year against a Trimble Thunderbolt GPS disciplined reference. It is shown in the picture counting the output of a cheap(non-oven) 10MHz signal generator(which was surprisingly accurate to within 4Hz! But the counter itself is accurate well below 1Hz. The buttons on this unit are in nice condition and work and feel good. The unit has a solid, all metal enclosure.
