Clean HP model 5314A frequency counter and timer for your bench or"shack" The 5314A will measure the following: Frequency A- 10 Hz to 100 MHz Period A- 10 mS to 400 nS Time Interval- 250 nS to 1 Sec. on the same or two different waveforms. Frequency Ratio A/B The Period function is especially useful for measuring very low frequencies. Just measure the period instead. Then take the reciprocal. The answer will be your frequency to seven digits of accuracy! The counter is in used condition. The handle is missing. As seen in the pictures, but performance is fine.
