Excellent Quality HP Universal Counter Unit # 5316A
If you always wanted some very good quality bench level test equipment this might be just what you have been looking for. This is not some China knock off of a great tool. This is a fully HD and weighs accordingly. this has some serious equipment inside of it. I am no longer operating the test bench in my shop and have a few duplicated items to offer for sale. These are all tested and known to be working. no items are made in China or some cheap knock-off stuff. My loss is your gain. Also. You be interested in some of the other low cost high calue electronic test equipment I am selling too. This high Q Counter is a fine instrument an should be useful to you on many levels.
