Comes in non-original packaging. This counter is in Good cosmetic condition with only minor blemishes from prior use. Including light scuffs/stains/scratches. The display is not quite as bright as a new unit but still very usable in bright ambient lighting. Notes: This counter is in Good working condition. Except that it may have trouble with very slow signals. We gave it a quick check with our own test equipment and cables(not included) It was able to accurately measure signals to 225MHz on both channels 1 and 2. And 1GHz(the limit of our generator) ... moreon channel 3. We cannot guarantee calibration, but on our test bench this unit was able to measure up to 303MHz on Channel 1 and 265MHz on Channel 2, as well as down to 12MHz on Channel 3, before it stopped reading a signal. All self-tests passed. We were able to get measurements as low as 14Hz on channels 1 and 2, but it would not pick up lower frequencies; this may be user error, we are not sure.
