This has been notice most often when the unit is cold(below 50 degrees Fahrenheit) The test frequencies in the second and third pictures are 100 MHz as measured on the low frequency input and 1600 MHz as measured on the high frequency input. Over the least significant digits(does not significantly effect readability) Remarkably clean and in good shape for it's age. Has served us well for our 2.4GHz Radio and Bluetooth development work.
