Tektronix CFC250 100 MHz Frequency Counter
Tektronix CFC250 100 MHz frequency counter. Used. But in perfect working order. I tested it out, as you can see in the pictures, with a freshly calibrated function generator and it matched up perfectly, so it is still accurate. I could only measure up to 10 MHz with my function generator. But it appears to be very accurate all the way up to that point. This auction is for the CFC250 unit and power cord only. Other leads/equipment shown in the images are NOT part of the auction. The case has an inventory number on it in Sharpie marker. But is in otherwise great condition. Thanks for looking.

It will measure from 0.1 Hz to 100 MHz/ 1 GHz. Its special design allows quick measurements of very low frequencies without the need of long gate times. It measures: frequency. Period, time interval, time interval average, ratio and will totalize with start/stop signals. A& B has 1x and 20x attenuators. Trigger level adjust& sensitivity adjustment controls.
