NH a few weeks ago and one of my goals was to purchase a frequency meter. I found an early Heathkit that was all banged up, purchased it, and then came across this nice looking Fluke. It was plugged in and lite up as you see in the first photo. I was told that it works great! So, I purchased it. Perhaps I'm not setting it up properly, but I can't get a reading.
