It has an LCD display and is capable of measuring from 10 Hz to 200 MHz. The unit is a small portable size and can run from internal rechargeable batteries(not included) or from and external PSU(not included) I have tested the unit with a bench supply on 6V and it works OK, I do not have the original external supply, but it is just a jack input(although the inner is-ve) The unit is in good condition cosmetically. With normal signs of use over a number of years, there are some remains of labels on the base, an RS stock label on the top and some very faint signs of writing on the top.
