All of the dials and buttons moves smoothly and lines up properly with required settings. There are no burn marks or smells emitting from the unit. I have turned it on and the indicator light glows. And the oscillation output increases when the megacycle values are increase. Presumably, with the manual, you could troubleshoot and repair it if it is not fully functional. The unit is clean and shows signs of wear but not abuse. All the knobs are intact and the sweep indicator works mechanically. Two cables are included but I think a resistor is missing from one and the screw-on terminal end from the other. Here is another piece of test equipment from my fathers antique radio collection. it is a Lafayette Signal Generator& Tracer. It is very good condition. It has some wear and small chips on the cabinet. There is a fine crack on the clear plastic pointer. It powers up. The signal tracing side works I got white noise and the sound would change when I touched the Probe. The Probe is homemade and is marked R.F. and Audio with a switch.
