Here is a B&K E-200D RF Signal generator in good working condition with some upgrades. The upgrades include replacing the obsolete MIC type RF output connector with a modern BNC type connector and adding an output for a frequency counter per instructions found on the internet that will be included with the documentation. The frequency counter output uses an SMA coax cable assembly. An SMA bulkhead connector, RG174/U coax and a BNC connector through the outer cabinet. If you don't want to use the extra output for a frequency counter, its presence makes no difference to the unit's operation. It does, however, make it a bit more difficult to remove and replace the outer cabinet and the inner RF enclosure for servicing. I have also replaced all of the electrolytic capacitors found on an internal circuit board.
