Cosmetically this machine is in great condition. No major marks or damges. Some moderate scuffing is present on the side panels but no damages the the human to machine interface or the rear inputs. The softkeys are in great shape and show no signs of cracking or tearing. The display is clear and the adjustment control from the back works. We tested this item in our warehouse using a HP 8591C Spectrum Analyzer. The main output registered on our analyzer as soon as we hit RF On. We were able to manipulate the frequency.
