NH a few weeks ago and one of my goals was to purchase a frequency meter. I found an early Heathkit that was all banged up, purchased it, and then came across this nice looking Fluke. It was plugged in and lite up as you see in the first photo. I was told that it works great! So, I purchased it. Perhaps I'm not setting it up properly, but I can't get a reading. Happily though, the Heathkit although looks like crap works fine for my applications. So I'm selling this Fluke as is. Perhaps you'll know what the problem is and be able to repair it.
