This unit seems to work but I am only able to test it to 50 MHz as that is my highest frequency signal source so I can't guarantee it to be working elsewhere. The manual says it will work from either the AC/DC Adapter(which is part of this sale and shown in the photos) or internal rechargeable C-sized batteries but these are not included(none installed in internal battery holder) It is easy to find the manual online just google it.
