This unit seems to work but I am only able to test it to 50 MHz as that is my highest frequency signal source so I can't guarantee it to be working elsewhere. The manual says it will work from either the AC/DC Adapter(which is part of this sale and shown in the photos) or internal rechargeable C-sized batteries but these are not included(none installed in internal battery holder) It is easy to find the manual online just google it. For sale is a Startek 35-BG High Sensitivity 3.2 GHZ RF Counter. Not sure if the rechargeable batteries inside still hold a charge. But unit does power up when connected to power supply. Power supply was bought directly from Startek. Antenna and unit itself are both in excellent condition. Case shows a little bit of wear, but overall in good condition. Please see pictures.
