EXTECH 160252 Digital counting scale You are bidding on an EXTECH 160252 Digital counting scale. The scale is 9 years old but has some ware and tare on it. There are some light scratches and some light discoloration on the scale. The unit works like new. It was calibrated in 2003 when it was new. A recalibration is recommended but not necessary. The pictures will show any imperfections. I tested it with a calibrated weight set and a 1oz piece weighs 1oz. I did all the way up to 4 lbs and all measured correct. The scale has solid state electronics(FETS. Precision Transistors) it is recommended to let the scale warm up for 5 minuets or so and you will see the display stop increasing. Once the display stops moving and is at a staying point, you can zero it out(I just timed it and it took 4 min) This is just from the scales electronic components ... morewarming up to the scales internal ambient temperature. This is common in most electronics with precision electronic components. This is not a defect; the manual said this from day one. Below are the specs for this unit. Make sure you take note of the model number of what you are looking at. For sale are 2 Leviton NSI DDS 6000 plus-15 digital dimming systems. I plugged them in and the power lights came on. Also the channel indicator lights on one of them came on. There seems to be a few fuses missing as shown in the pictures. My guess is that it may just need new fuses though I am not a professional electrician. If it is just the fuses then you have the potential to score big on these two items. I just dont know enough about these to test them properly. The power lights do however turn on when I plugged them in so hopefully this information is enough for the right person to know what is going on with these digital dimming systems.
