Osram high power laser diode array Unique 808nm DPSS 300+ Watt
One of a kind Osram R&D laser array. 8 high power liquid cooled lasers in one array 10mm wide emitters. I have tested each laser diode to as I removed them. They glow nicely but I don't have a driver capable of bringing them up to threshold. They appear to be 808-810nm from years of observing these things but I can't guarantee this. These can be anywhere from 30-100 Watts each. My best guess is 40-50 Watts X 8. Osram currently has nothing like these available on their site. I took it all apart for inspection in an anti-static work station carefully not touching the emitters. And found that there is some residue in the coolant chambers in the diodes as seen in pics. This is worse near one end of the array and gradually dissipates. That must be the hotter exit end. This will not interfere with its function as the residue does not ... moreseem to come off easily. All the emitters are in perfect condition. I inspected under my microscope. There are 3 holes for the coolant. There was an un-tapped hole on each end of the array which didn't seem very functional for the layman. I tapped the hole in the plastic end and added a hose fitting. The opposite end hole is in stainless so I'll leave that up to you to tap if you wish. I inserted a brass tube in there for testing. It's a pretty tight fit. You can remove this with pliers or add a little epoxy around it or figure a way to plug this as there is another hole on the back side. this one came tapped with a screw/plug. But was the same size as my hose fitting so I will include a couple fittings with the unit. I will mark the correct polarity before sending. Thanks for looking

I listed this before as 80mw. But now that i think about it, it feels more like 40mw(I don't have an LPM) This listing is not for a functioning laser pointer. This is a kit you may purchase to build your very own 40mw burning laser pointer. This was the first laser pointer I put together, and I'm passing it on to you. It will pop balloons, cut through black electrical tape, engrave wood, and smoke leather; it does not light matches(the laser diode works at estimated 40mw instead of 100mw as a factory defect) The battery pack cover was drilled to make way for a screw on the heatsink. The driver works on 3v, and puts out anywhere from 60mA to 150mA. Adjust the power by turning the pot screw on the circuit board. Turning it up all the way will decrease the life of the laser diode slightly(estimate 1000hr instead of 5000hr) But the good ... morenews is that when this laser diode goes kaputt, you can put any other laser diode in there you want(test the circuit with a test load first to make sure) The kit comes with: phr-803t laser diode pressed into a module and electrically insulated Safety glasses Project box Pre-installed heatsink Collimating lens and lens spring Rocker switch 2x AAA battery pack A silly little screw driver(pass on the legacy) Visual diagram for construction reference Electrically sensitive components are shipped in an antistatic bag for computer parts. This is a short spectrometer pick-up cable for a LIBS analyzer machine. The fiber is silica for transmission of all the visible. Some of the UV and the near IR to about 2250nm. The cable assembly is 3 feet long exclusive of the connectors. One connector is FC, the other looks to be a custom pickup. This is a 50um single mode fiber, it would work really well coupled with your patiently waiting Ocean optics spectrometer! This is a very nice optical part. It is pretty hard to find. These are well used. But should be OK for hobby uses and as an emergency lens for a low power cutting machine. The lenses have specs of slag on them as pictured. Lens 1 is a 1.5 inch diameter, 5 inch FL lens. It has a couple 1cm clear areas that can be used. Lens 2 is a 1.5 inch diameter and has several 9mm to 12mm square areas that could be used. Lens 3 is a 1.1 inch diameter lens, it has a 1 square cm usable area. In short you are getting 3 cheap used znse lenses. if you can use these you can save over 100 off the cost of a new lens!

The third linkage has a binder with a diameter of 38.1mm. On one end of it has a grease point and a screw which has a diameter in the recesses of 16.5mm. At the far end of the screw there is a bolt hole with an inside diameter of 16.3mm. The other end of the link has a large pin that is 7 3/4" long including the very tight cap nuts on each end of the pin. The pin has an outside diameter of 15.85 mm. This is a complete Synrad CO2 laser that outputs about 12.6W as measured on a power wizzard laser checker. The laser needs a 24 to 30V at 9A or better power supply. And a 5V nominal(optical isolator- 2.5 to 6V is fine) signal to run. I have a very nice control box for this laser as well in another listing. When new, it output about 15W of power at 10.6um. This tube was originally for a high power laser coding machine. These lasers cost several thousand dollars new. LOT OF 5 UNITS! These are easy to use RF driver modules for AOM and q-switches that run at up to 2W of RF at 200MHz. It requires 24V and 5V to turn on. Recommended load is genaric 50 ohm instrumentation coax to AOM crystal. Power output can be adjusted to up to 2W and frequency can be fine tuned by up to 20% off center. This can be used with almost all fiber based AOM units including q-switches. As well as most smaller AOM crystals with the SMA type connector. This is a bomac adjustable spark gap type tube. I think it was probably for TR protection in radar sets or some sort of overvoltage protection or possibly a precision triggering use. The electrodes seem to be designed to take a lot of current. But look to be designed for intermittent firing. If nothing else it is a very neat looking tube for a collection.
