These are small brass collimator assemblies that work with laser diodes of 5.6mm can size and optical power up to 300mw. The output lens is 3.5 mm and the overall length is 13mm. If you use with lasers over about 100mw you will need additional heatsinking. These were salvaged from equipment and may have small scuffs or residue from removal. You get three of them. 808nm High Power IR Illumination Target Designator Laser Diode Module 500mw Max
This is a module that outputs up to 500mw of 808nm IR light. You can remove the lens for a very efficient IR floodlight for NV gear. Or it can be collimated into a beam for a long range target designator. It can even be used at close range for burning stuff or driving DPSS crystals. Overall it's pretty handy. High Power Industrial Coherent Laser Diode 20-50W IR SMA FAP Fiber Optic Cable
This is the laser beam delivery fiber with collimator lens for a Coherent fiber Array Package laser diode. It is a used good spare that bolts onto SMA type laser diodes. When attached to one of these diodes. It makes an industrial strength burning laser beam out of the lens on the end. The lens is removable to use on other similar laser diodes or on other pieces of equipment. In fact it can screw directly onto a FAP laser diode! These are very hard to find with the lens still attached. See my other listing for the laser diode that goes to this part. Definitely not something you'll find at Radioshack! High Power Coherent 915nm 500mw Burning Cutting IR illumination Laser diode
This is a 915nm laser diode that is good for pumping ytterbium glass fiber seed pulse lasers. Small ytterbium yag rods or other devices. As with any other higher power laser diode it can be used to cut and burn very thin materials, but is really best suited for IR illumination, and laser pumping. 12 Watt (12,000 mW) Coherent FAP 810nm IR Diode Array Laser (TESTED AND WORKING)
Excellent condition. Works great. Tested. Fiber Array Package IR Diode laser array contains the actual FAP laser on housing, and inside that is the actual diode array. so these are well sealed and totally dustproof. These are used for laser welding. Metrology, as pump diodes for dpss units and for general laser and optics research. This is a working unit and will be tested again and performance recorded prior to shipment. NOTE: THESE UNITS ARE EASY TO DAMAGE OR DESTROY VIA TOO MUCH CURRENT. Diode IR Laser and 2 Hi Quality Photo Diode Detector Assys for experimenters

IR Laser Module(S/N# R21282) with 2 photo diode detectors and connector block. The Intelite Module is about 2.125 inches long X 0.5 inches in diameter. It has 2 cables exiting the rear of the module, one has red and black wires(power) the other has a shielded yellow wire(modulation) This is a class 3b laser it has greater than 5mW but less than 50mW peak power(somewhere) in the 1100– 1600nm wavelength and features modulation per markings on the label. The 2 photo diodes have housings that are about 1.032 inches long X 1.0 inches in diameter. The diodes have an approximately 0.25 inch diameter window with an approximately 0.125” square photo diode chip inside and the active area appears ... moreto be about 0.125 inches in diameter. These 2 diode detectors have wires(2 on one unit, 3 on the other unit) that come out of the rear of the housing and connect to the 15-pin connector along with the modulation and supply wires for the laser diode. The 15 pin mini-D connector has a gold plated back shell so it is a very high-grade connector and it is attached to a nicely machined mounting bracket. 4W IR Laser Diode and Driver, TEC and Control, Fiber Optic Port
Up for bid. Some of my laser toys. I never got around to completing this laser project. Components are as follows: JDS Uniphase 4W infrared laser diode with fiber optic port, mounted to a copper heat spreader, on top of a TEC(thermoelectric cooler) a heat sink and cooling fan. Also included are a 2.5 amp Wavelength Electronics Laser diode driver, and a thermoelectric controller. There is a thermistor mounted on the heat spreader for feedback of the laser temperature. I have tested the parts individually, but not as a system. I'm also including all the paperwork I have collected. The fiber needs to be mounted and polished. You need to make friends with a telephone fiber person to get this done. There is also a.025 fiberglass rod mounted to the top of the diode housing for stiffening the fiber.
