Nice XYZ laser fiber launch stage. Uses a Newport' Connectorized fiber holder with rotation PN: 561-FCA3(for SMA connector) to hold an SMA fiber. XY adjustments are made with the red and green knob's. The Z axis is controlled by rotating a gnurled ring which engages a finely threaded brass cylinder. Stainless set screw's are positioned around the cylinder to lock it in place if needed. Bottom of the stage has three 1/4-20 mounting holes.

Rofin Sinar Starweld 90 (SW90) 90 Watt Nd:YAG Fiber-Optic Laser System
This Rofin StarWeld 90(SW90) Nd:YAG laser was removed from service while still running in September of 2012. The water pump was weak so it has been replaced by an OEM pump. While replacing the water bump several plastic water plumbing fittings were also replaced with brass or copper fittings. The resonator. Or laser pumping chamber, was totally replaced, O-ring seals, glass, rod, lamp mounts, gasket seals, and we even replaced the lamp insertion tool. There was a small crack in the doublet lens inside the 90 degree processing head so we replaced it with an OEM lens. The fiber optic cable shows signs of wear and tear so we purchased a new fiber optic to be installed during the next start up or installation. The old and new fiber optic cables will remain with this laser system. This SW90 was built in March of 2003 and was run in a single shift ... morefacility from September of 2003 until September of 2012. The laser requires 220 VAC 3 phase at 25 Amps for electrical service. This laser is lamp fired Nd:YAG, 1064 nm, and requires water cooling. We have the manual in hand for the laser. We have two control cables; one with hand held pendent and the other with open ended wiring for integration to a CNC, PLC or custom controls. Having the pendent works well when you have to operate the laser manually for welding, trouble shooting or testing. The connector on the back of the laser makes changing from CNC to pendent very easy. Even though this laser was running when removed from service it was not running efficiently due to all of the listed deficiencies but since the resonator, water pumping system, processing head and fiber are rebuilt or new this laser should perform at or near factory. This is the laser beam delivery fiber with collimator lens for a Coherent fiber Array Package laser diode. It is a used good spare that bolts onto SMA type laser diodes. When attached to one of these diodes. It makes an industrial strength burning laser beam out of the lens on the end. The lens is removable to use on other similar laser diodes or on other pieces of equipment. In fact it can screw directly onto a FAP laser diode! Welcome to my auction! Good luck to all! Here is an IPG Fiber Laser PYL-5000M-1060 single mode. Raman/industrial laser. This unit came from Lockheed Martin's R&D division. If you look at the pictures you will see that they upgraded the diodes inside for more power and stability. IPG's laser diodes are good for 100,000 hours! Even though the output fiber is cut, there is plenty of excess fiber inside the unit for you to pull out and re-spice/connectorize to your application. The unit is being sold as is because I do not have the means to test the unit out. But it was removed from a active and working environment and was simply replaced when Lockheed upgraded their entire division. Good luck all bidders!
