10W LightWave Electronics 221 Diode-Pumped (DPSS) Nd:YAG Laser
Up for sale is one Lightwave electronics model 221. Diode-Pumped solid state Nd-YAG laser. Came from a machine in a research lab. A fun laser for hobbyists; though rated at 10W it c an easily be pushed to 15W and feel no ill effect. With a properly heated KTP crystal one should be able to get 5W of green from this cavity. It has an AOM(acoustic-optical modulator) that can be used to modulate the beam to a minimum pulse width of about 15ns- perfect for laser engravers. All that's needed to get light from this laser is a water supply and a constant-current source. Other leads go to the AOM and sensors which can be used to monitor the system. If need be. Lightwave M612-HD-V03 532nm Q-switched DPSS Laser, 6.7 Watts
I am selling my Lightwave JDSU M612 532nm DPSS laser. I kept this laser as a backup for my laser engraver but seeing as I only use it about once a year I doubt I am ever going to need it. This laser was originally intended for fourth harmonic generation to 266nm and has a 4 pin lemo connector on the output end to supply power for the oven which held the 4HG crystal and also provide temp feedback. It works just fine without it. It has pretty low hours on it. 1496 hours diode time and 839 hours of green time. It puts out 6.7 watts average power at a 9.55khz rep rate on the q-switch. I have seen it run as high as 7 watts after given time to stabilize. The internal power meter is limited to 6 watts so it reads off compared to my LabMax and another power meter I have. The laser will run off an internal clock or an external clock signal to run ... morethe q-switch. It will also run in CW mode at about 400mw output power. The setup comes with the head. Power supply, and umbilical cable. The laser will need a water cooling source that is temperature controlled. The power supply has an output to control a chiller to regulate water temperature. This can also be bypassed and used with a more generic chiller. Output is temperature dependent so I really recommend using a chiller that is controlled by the power supply. I used a couple thermoelectric chillers in series to keep it cool. It will be shipped in two separate boxes so contact me for accurate shipping pricing.

This is an optically contacted YVO4/KTP in a small aluminum mount. This means that there is no glue to burn up leaving the limit to power up to the thermal management system you design and the damage threshold of the coatings. It was for a very high power DPSS laser of up to 500mw CW. The crystal itself measures about 5mm and the pumped portion is 2mm in diameter. I tested it with an 808nm 2W laser diode and it lights up making a very bright green beam that made dark plastic smoke. This item is very hard to find. Up for sale and never really used except for testing it about 20 hours is a very professionally Hand Made READY TO USE(8) Channel 24v DC Solenoid Driver(up to 2A solenoids) RGB TTL Color DPSS Laser Control, Control Panel with color control buttons and lever arm micro switches to activate solenoids(solenoids not included) ... moreand multi conductor 20awg cables LOT. Designed to activate solenoids by a +5 volt DC power supply(included) inside the main power supply box. Once +5 volts is sent to the L295(2) Channel IC Switch from either a lever arm micro switch or toggle switch. It opens the current gate and lets 24v DC from a larger 24v DC power supply pass through the L295 IC Switch and activate the solenoid, which as you can see in the photos are nicely heat sinked and cooled with high velocity input and output fans. Up for auction is a Coherent FAP-81-18c-800-B high power laser diode. Part of the Coherent FAP-B model line. Designed for 18W of output at 800nm. This diode uses an SMA connector for coupling to a fiber. The diode is mounted to a TEC with thermistors for monitoring the temperature of both sides of the TEC. This unit was removed from a machine in working condition. It has been stored with the anode and cathode grounded out to prevent static damage and stored in an ESD protected bag. Osram high power laser diode array Unique 808nm DPSS 300+ Watt
One of a kind Osram R&D laser array. 8 high power liquid cooled lasers in one array 10mm wide emitters. I have tested each laser diode to as I removed them. They glow nicely but I don't have a driver capable of bringing them up to threshold. They appear to be 808-810nm from years of observing these things but I can't guarantee this. These can be anywhere from 30-100 Watts each. My best guess is 40-50 Watts X 8. Osram currently has nothing like these available on their site. I took it all apart for inspection in an anti-static work station carefully not touching the emitters. And found that there is some residue in the coolant chambers in the diodes as seen in pics. This is worse near one end of the array and gradually dissipates. That must be the hotter exit end. This will not interfere with its function as the residue does not ... moreseem to come off easily. All the emitters are in perfect condition. I inspected under my microscope. There are 3 holes for the coolant. There was an un-tapped hole on each end of the array which didn't seem very functional for the layman. I tapped the hole in the plastic end and added a hose fitting. The opposite end hole is in stainless so I'll leave that up to you to tap if you wish. I inserted a brass tube in there for testing. It's a pretty tight fit. You can remove this with pliers or add a little epoxy around it or figure a way to plug this as there is another hole on the back side. this one came tapped with a screw/plug. But was the same size as my hose fitting so I will include a couple fittings with the unit. I will mark the correct polarity before sending. Thanks for looking
