The lens is adjustable from a pinpoint burning spot to a fairly well collimated beam that can travel for miles. This laser module must be cooled with a heatsink for constant use. The power output is enough to set lots of stuff on fire. So I am sure you can only imagine what it would do to your eyes if you look in the beam.
