Power Technology 3mw 635nm Laboratory Grade Laser Diode Module Bright Red Beam
This is a nice laser diode module that was part of an older micro-array genetic scanner. The module has a modulation/enable input and runs off 12V. The laser diode is TEC cooled and has a rock solid laser diode driver that is far better than any of the current laser diode drivers they make today. One thing you could do is swap the low powered laser diode out for a higher powered unit and make a very nice laser module suitable for laser light shows up to about 200ma actual diode current draw. I have lots of lasers and other unique stuff for sale this week.

Coherent High Power 473nm DPSS Blue Laser Beam Combiner Mirror Optic Mount
This is a 1x3/4 inch dichroic reflector mirror beam splitter or combiner. It is designed for 473nm and is very angle sensitive. In fact it can be used as a line selector to selectively remove the blue lines in a multi-line argon laser. One good use would be to combine laser beams for light show use. The mounting is about 7/8 inch diameter with mounting holes to allow for angular adjustment. I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.

This is a large dpss lasing crystal in an extremely heavy duty water cooled mounting block. The lasing crystal itself measures 3x3x5mm. And is in a large heavily gold plated mounting block. The mount seemed to be gross overkill until i found out the laser it went to originally made 20+ WATTS of green light output! The crystal ends are in perfect condition, so if you want to build that big scary DPSS laser project you have in mind, but never could afford, this is for you. Coherent High Power Laser Diode Welder FAP Primary Collimation Lens 808nm 60W
This is the primary collimator assembly from a high end DPSS micro welder engraver. This optic collimates the beam from a FAP laser diode. It turns the flashlight like output of these modules into a laser pointer like beam which was then focused onto a DPSS crystal. The lens diameter is about 3/4 inch. Focal length is about 1.5 inches, and the collimated output beam is about 1/2 inch. I have other optical parts from the dpss laser set up on ebay as well. This Ruby Crystal Laser Rod was originally manufactured for the U.S. Military. It is composed of synthetic ruby at a high 3.5% chromium doping grown using the verneuil flame process. Ruby lasers are used for a wide range of applications including burning through and boring metals as well as etching. Communications, precision range finding and guidance systems in addition to medical, surgical and dental applications. Inside, the actual FAP laser on housing resides, and inside that is the actual diode array. so these are well sealed and totally dustproof. These are used for laser welding. Metrology, as pump diodes for dpss units and for general laser and optics research. NOTE: THESE UNITS ARE EASY TO DAMAGE OR DESTROY VIA TOO MUCH CURRENT. TOO MUCH HEAT, OR ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE.
