I'm not an expert I checked everything and it looks to be in great condition. There are 2 small items( 2nd to last picture) that look to be a extra screw cap and some sort of small lens. The bullet case has no dents. I believe it needs to be calibrated, as the last time this was done was in 1984 by Ridgeway Co. Included in this listing: Wild T1 Theodolite w/ optical plumb Bullet case Matching Tripod Plumb bob, Original manual, CHECK my other listings for matching diagonal eyepiece set(high elevation and microscope) Optics are all clear and focus well. All knobs turn smoothly. The brass lens cap is in good shape and fits snugly. Bullet case has some dents and scratches but mates up and latches securely; leather strap/handle is broken. I found this at a sale. It looks good to me but I'm not a Professional. When I look through it. It seems O.K. to me. Might need to be tuned up, Calabrated or whatever.The Transit is older but the Tripod and the Measuring Wheel seems close to new. U. S. A. Bids only please. This Sears surveying transit is up for your consideration. It comes in the original wood box which is dovetailed on the sides. There is a hook type lock on the front(see pic 10& 11) The box has the Sears Robuck and Co. USA label with the model no 789.46212. The transit has the number 1S 49469. This is in good to very good condition. Glass bubble is intact. As is the glass with crosshairs. Has all brass mounting screws. This will be well packed to arrive in the condition described. This Wild Heerbrugg N-3 Survey Level is in excellent mechanical condition. The level's optics and additional features are all in proper working condition. This piece has not been calibrated recently. Case with latch and lockdowns all work well. Original strap is slightly frazzled but is strong. The magnification eyepiece is in good condition with strong locking twist both on case and level. Mirror level reflector is in good condition even though photo is reflecting lights and may appear to have cracks. It does not. This is a good working piece and has not been abused.
